Younex Solutions designed and developed the official website for the IECC digital marketing and creative agency in Riyadh, as a complete digital platform presenting the agency's services, its work and its knowledge content in both Arabic and English. And the project was not confined to an introductory front but covered a content management system running the case studies, the design gallery, the articles and the service pages, alongside a client portal, a dark and light mode, and an advanced technical SEO structure serving the agency's presence in search engines and in AI answer engines.
Project overview
The IECC site is a multi-section, bilingual marketing agency site, built on a fully custom system rather than ready-made templates, because the nature of the agency imposes needs that traditional templates do not cover: dozens of specialist services, case studies in a magazine format, a design gallery that renews constantly, an articles section growing weekly, and landing pages aimed at defined sectors and search terms.
The project's main goal was turning the site from a mere business card into a genuine sales tool working around the clock, in which the content demonstrates the agency's experience, and every page leads the visitor towards a clear step: requesting a consultation, messaging over WhatsApp, or browsing work similar to what they need. The site can be visited directly at ieccagency.com.
And the site comprises a set of connected sections covering the prospective client's whole journey:
- Home: the agency's message, the most prominent services, a client logo band, selected case studies, a moving strip of the latest designs, and the latest articles.
- About us: the agency's story, its message, its vision and its values.
- Our services: a central services page and an independent detailed page for each service.
- Our work: the case studies, website and landing page samples, photography, and reels.
- Designs: an independent visual gallery for social media designs, posters and identities.
- News: a knowledge blog in digital marketing aimed at the Saudi market.
- FAQ and contact us: organised answers, a request form and direct contact channels.
The client and the sector
IECC is a digital marketing and creative agency based in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, founded in 2014, offering complete services covering strategy and consultancy, marketing communication and public relations, social media account management, graphic design and visual identity, content writing, professional photography, paid advertising management, website and online store design, and app and system development. The agency also owns its own digital products, and holds the status of accredited technical partner with Meta.
The agency works in a highly competitive market; brands in Riyadh and the Kingdom receive proposals from dozens of local and regional agencies, and the decision-maker most often begins their journey by searching on Google, then visits the agency's site to evaluate its previous work and its style before getting in touch. In this sector specifically, an agency's site is itself the first proof of its competence: an agency that sells digital marketing and website design cannot have a weak or slow site or one that is not visible in search.
And so what was required was a site reflecting the agency's creative identity, addressing the Saudi audience in professional standard Arabic, and at the same time serving English-speaking clients and partners.
The challenge
At the project's beginning, the agency faced a set of challenges going beyond designing an attractive interface:
Great variety in the services
The agency offers more than twenty specialist services, and each service has its own audience, its own questions and its own search terms. Presenting all of that on one page distracts the visitor and weakens the chances of appearing in search, while building an independent page for each service requires a system that prevents duplication and maintains the consistency of the design.
Demonstrating experience with real work
The prospective client does not settle for reading a service description but wants to see identities, posts and campaigns that were actually delivered. And the agency had a large stock of varied work between visual identities, social designs, photography and video, without an organised way of presenting it with its full story from the challenge to the result.
Continuous updating without relying on a developer
The pace of work in the agency is fast: new projects are handed over, designs are published, articles are written. And it was essential that the agency team be able to add all of that themselves, without going back to a programmer for every update.
Competition in search in the Saudi market
Phrases such as marketing company in Riyadh or website design company see strong competition, and appearing in them requires a sound technical structure, structured data and specialist content, not merely keywords in the headings.
Two audiences and two languages
The primary audience is Arabic, but part of the partners and decision-makers prefer English, which requires a genuine English version with a left-to-right layout, not a superficial translation of some headings.
The solution Younex delivered
Younex treated the project as a complete business platform, and built the solution on four axes: a clear content structure, a custom management system, a strong technical SEO structure, and a user experience leading to contact. It is the same approach we adopt in our website design in Saudi Arabia service.
An independent page for each service
A central page was built presenting the services in an organised card grid, each card leading to a detailed page on its own path. And the service pages follow a unified template covering: an opening section with two calls to action, an explanation of the service's importance in the Saudi market, what the service includes, its types, the reasons for choosing the agency, frequently asked questions specific to it, and a sidebar comprising the complete list of services and cards for related services.
Case studies in a magazine format
The our work section was designed to tell each project's story in an editorial style: an introduction, then a summary of the challenge, then the methodology, then the axes of the work, then the project's descriptive figures, then an image gallery divided by type of deliverable, and finally cards for other similar work. And the team enters all of that from the dashboard with separate Arabic and English fields.
A custom content management system
A dashboard was developed giving the agency team full control over the content, with permissions differing by each user's role, covering management of the services, case studies, design gallery, articles and contact messages, in addition to integrated marketing tools.
Landing pages aimed at sectors and search terms
Alongside the service pages, a system was built for specialist landing pages each targeting a commercial search phrase or a particular sector, such as corporate website design or online store design or advertising management. And this system relies on a single reusable template, and each page can be linked to case studies selected by hand from the agency's work, with internal links connecting closely related pages into thematic groups preventing them competing for the same terms.

The features delivered
An independent design gallery
The designs section is entirely separate from the case studies, and presents the posts, posters and visual identities in a masonry layout with an enlarged viewer for each design and a direct link to the full project. And the team uploads several designs at once from the dashboard, with the ability to hide, show and reorder them, while a moving strip on the home page presents the latest designs automatically.
A multimedia work section
The our work section is not confined to images but comprises website and landing page samples, a product and food photography gallery, and independent pages for reels. And the video pages carry VideoObject data with the feature of jumping to a defined moment in the clip, which gives search engines a more precise understanding of the visual content.
A complete knowledge blog
The article page was designed to serve the reader and the search engines together, since it includes the reading time, a breadcrumb trail, an interactive table of contents for the headings, an introduction to the editorial team, share buttons for X, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, a frequently asked questions section, suggested articles, and calls to get in touch and links to related services.
Frequently asked questions with structured data
The FAQ page gathers clients' most frequently repeated enquiries about the services, sectors, pricing and delivery time, marked up with FAQPage data helping the answers appear directly in search results.
A private client portal
The site includes a dedicated login portal for the agency's clients, reachable from the page header, and blocked from indexing in search engines.
Email marketing from the dashboard
A complete email campaigns system was built inside the dashboard letting the team:
- Manage the subscriber list by adding individually, pasting in bulk, or importing from a CSV file.
- Create and preview the campaigns and send a test copy before launch, with multiple templates one of which presents the agency's work automatically.
- Schedule the sending at a defined time, with a gradual background send preserving the sender's reputation.
- Track the open rates and export the campaign reports, with a one-click unsubscribe link in every message.
Direct contact channels
- A WhatsApp button with a pre-written welcome message in the page header and on the service pages.
- A request form inviting the visitor to share the details of their brand and their goals, with an immediate notification to the team when any new request arrives.
- Presenting the working hours, the office location in Riyadh and the social media account links.
How the project ran
- Discovery and needs analysis: studying the agency's services, its audience and the client journey from search through to requesting a consultation, and defining the content types the team needs to manage themselves.
- Site and content structuring: building the site map, separating the services, work, designs and articles into independent sections, and defining the shared page templates.
- Keyword research: analysing the commercial search phrases in the Saudi market relying on actual data, and distributing them across the service and landing pages to avoid internal competition.
- Interface design: a genuinely Arabic RTL design with an English version, two themes dark and light, and a layout starting from mobile.
- Back-end and dashboard development: building a custom PHP system and a MySQL database, and a dashboard with role-based permissions, and upload tools that compress the images automatically.
- Building the content sections: delivering the case studies in the magazine format, the design gallery, the blog, the reels pages, and the FAQ.
- Technical SEO and structured data: adding JSON-LD for each page type, the dynamic sitemap, the robots file, the share images, and connecting the site to the webmaster tools.
- Testing and continuous improvement: testing the site across different browsers and devices, addressing what appears after launch, and continuing to add new pages and tools as the agency needs.
User experience and design
The design set out from the fact that a visitor to an agency's site is most often a decision-maker evaluating several agencies in a short time, so what was required was that they understand within seconds what the agency offers, see its work without trouble, and find the path to contact on every page.
A visual identity reflecting a creative agency
The interface relied on broad white space, strong contrast and prominent work images, so that the designs speak for themselves. And the elements appear with a soft motion on scroll, while guaranteeing the above-the-fold content appears immediately and a fallback mechanism preventing any section staying hidden on browsers such as Safari.
Dark and light mode
The site follows the theme setting on the visitor's device automatically, with a toggle button in the navigation bar. And the choice is applied before the page is drawn, so the visitor sees no white flash when opening the site at night.
A presentation respecting the nature of each design
Portrait and square images were handled in different ways; social designs are presented in full without cropping within the case studies, while other work cards fill their space without empty edges, so the gallery stays coherent however the design dimensions differ.
An equal Arabic and English experience
The Arabic version was built RTL from the start, with an English version in an LTR layout preserving the same structure and functions, and clear language links helping search engines present the appropriate version to each user. And our experience in this kind of project can be seen through our corporate website design service.
Results and impact
With the site's launch and its continuing development, IECC has a digital platform working as a marketing arm for the agency, and is now able to:
- Present its services in depth through an independent page for each service answering the client's questions and leading them to get in touch.
- Demonstrate its experience with real work through case studies in a magazine format, a design gallery and video pages.
- Update the site itself and add the projects, designs and articles from the dashboard without needing a developer.
- Expand in targeting commercial search phrases by adding new landing pages on a ready and interconnected template.
- Build a knowledge presence through a blog supporting visibility in search engines and in AI answer engines.
- Run email campaigns from inside the site itself with templates presenting the agency's work and clear open reports.
- Respond to prospective clients quickly thanks to the immediate notifications and the integrated WhatsApp channels.
